How to File a Complaint
Email grievance@hushhall.com with the subject line "Grievance: [brief description]". Include your registered username, a description of the issue, and any relevant content links or screenshots. We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days as required by the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.
What We Handle
We address grievances related to: content that violates our Terms of Service; privacy violations or unauthorised data use; account impersonation; harassment or threats within the platform; takedown requests for unlawful content under applicable Indian law.
Escalation
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) via the Grievance Appellate Committee or other appropriate authority under the IT Act 2000.
Emergency Content
If content poses an immediate risk to life or safety, email grievance@hushhall.com with URGENT in the subject. We will act within the hour during operational hours.
